Frequently Asked Questions

For all bookings, consultations are required. We’ll need pictures of the space where decorations and services are requested. Clients should discuss their preferred color scheme or opt for freestyle design by The Elle Group. Please have any inspiration pictures ready. If you’re using decorations from previous years, please provide photos for recommendations on changes or additions.

We’re delighted to offer our services wherever you are! For locations outside the Birmingham area, we charge $0.75 per mile. We’re open to discussing flight arrangements as well. Additionally, there are discounts available for two or more clients arranged for services out of town.

Please have tree assembled prior to our arrival.

For homes with trees over 6 feet tall, it’s essential to have an appropriate-sized ladder on hand. If you’re unsure whether your ladder is tall enough, don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification!

Please ensure you have a photo of your Christmas tree readily available. To achieve the best outcome, we highly discourage the use of thin trees. Pencil trees are acceptable if they are full in appearance.

When utilizing our shopping services, there is a minimum spend of $200 for supplies to ensure your tree is lush and filled with plenty of magic!

Pre-lit trees are strongly preferred. If tree is not pre-lit, string lights must be applied to tree prior to design appointment.

A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking, which is included in your total amount and will be deducted from the final payment due date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, although certain exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the owner under specific circumstances.
